Our client is one of the world’s leading providers of IT solutions and services to retailers and retail banking.
Position: Software Developer - VB.net / C++
Responsibilities:
• Design and implementation of a new OPT (outdoor payment terminal) solution for gas stations
• Translate the customer requirements into implementations solutions
• Design, implement and test according to the specifications
• Perform the function test of the chosen implementation
Requirements:
• University degree in Computer Science (or comparable)
• .net, VB.net, C++ advanced programming skills using Microsoft products
• SQL programming skills and MS SQL Server 2005 knowledge
• Experience in design of complex applications
• Advanced object oriented software engineering skills
• Knowledge of important business processes in service stations environment would be an advantage
• Experience in event driven design
• Test driven design (Unit approach)
• Agile development environment
• Advanced experience in thread synchronization
• English fluently spoken and written
• Flexible, willing to travel internationally;
