- Optimize and automate XColl Margin Call workflow using TIBCO Active Matrix BPM
- Integrate new Margin Call Workflow Tool with XColl, COMA and other applications in GCMM
- Help UBS to fulfill the requirements of the OTC to CCP initiative with respect to collateral and margin (wider CMA programme)
- Manage quality of delivered solution with ability to quickly increase development capacity if needed
- Balance between team effectiveness and costs efficiency by using mixture of onshore and offshore resources
Responsibilities
- Play key role on the project as TIBCO BPM expert
- Work closely with business and technical experts on client side to understand their workflow
- Implement customer workflow in TIBCO Business Studio
- Teach other project team members in TIBCO BPM
- Manage other TIBCO BPM developers activities
- Fluent English, enough for effective communication onsite
Required Knowledge/Skills
- TIBCO BPM (iProcess or ActiveMatrix BPM) expertise
